Apparently present from 24th until 30th August at least.  It has been seen on the Sailing Lake and the BBOWT Lake.

This species is a scarce vagrant to Buckinghamshire and seen most, but not all years.  To see the chart of Shag records in the county click here.

This first winter Shag was found on the south lake on 28th and spent some time perched on a pontoon just
in front of the Wayfarer pub.  The bird was seen early on the 30th but was later seen under the ice and had presumably drowned.

This first winter Shag was present from 24th January until 1st February at least.  The bird conveniently perched very close providing a good chance to see the facial details.
